We built a B2B podcast production from zero to nine episodes.

A production AI agent studio had deep expertise and no way to broadcast it. We stood up the entire show ourselves and turned it into a repeatable distribution machine the team runs in minutes.

The Situation

Deep expertise, no way to broadcast it

A production AI agent studio had real technical credibility and a strong delivery track record. The trouble was that all of its thought leadership lived in people's heads. There was no show, no clip pipeline, and no consistent distribution to carry that expertise into the market.

Hard-won knowledge never compounded into an audience or a presence buyers could find. Every conversation and engagement generated insight worth publishing, and almost none of it ever got out the door in a form a prospect could discover, follow, or share.

The Approach

Stand up the show, then make it run itself

We built and ran the entire podcast production ourselves, then engineered the work down to a few minutes of review per episode and documented it so an internal team could operate it without us.

Stand up the production from scratch

Built the recording setup, guest flow, and episode format. From nothing to a running show.

Build the clip and asset pipeline

Each episode runs from a long-form recording to roughly 35 candidate short clips ranked by quality, the best selected, plus episode show notes, quote cards, and a chapter list, then roughly 45 platform-ready social drafts.

Make it efficient to run

Automated the heavy lifting so each episode takes under 30 minutes of human review, not days.

Distribute across core channels

YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, plus Spotify and Apple, and into the studio's newsletter.

Hand it off

Packaged the whole thing as a documented, repeatable system the internal team operates without us.

The Results

A durable channel the team owns

Nine episodes produced end to end, from recording setup to published assets

Roughly 45 distribution assets generated per episode, from a single recording

Under 30 minutes of human review per episode, not days

Multi-platform distribution across video, social, audio, and newsletter

A turnkey, documented system handed to the internal team

The studio's expertise now compounds into a durable channel instead of evaporating

The studio went from having no distribution to running a repeatable show it owns. Expertise that used to live in people's heads now ships as a steady stream of content, and the internal team keeps it running without us.

The honest frame: the outcome here is throughput and founder-time leverage, trapped expertise converted into a repeatable publishing system the team can run, not audience-size claims. The reach is theirs to build now that the engine exists.
