Will Gray

Will Gray is the founder of Graystone Consulting and a fractional CMO and growth operator for companies doing $3M–$50M in revenue. He specializes in building go-to-market functions from scratch — the kind of work that takes companies from random acts of marketing to a repeatable system that generates pipeline.

His experience spans SaaS, hospitality, entertainment, and professional services. He's built and led marketing teams, stood up attribution infrastructure, and run full-funnel demand gen across paid, organic, and partner channels. He works hands-on — in the CRM, in the ad accounts, in the data.
